Snow Day - January 20, 2009
We got 6 inches of snow yesterday. We usually get a little bit of snow every January, but we haven't seen 6 inches in several years. It snowed all day yesterday, and today it was clear and a crisp 20 degrees. This was a big deal for us North Carolina residents - school was cancelled yesterday...and today...it was a very fun day!

We are happy this only happens once a year - the suiting up took forever, but worth it. We are happy we don't have to do this everyday.
Noah just sort of stood wherever we plopped him. He tolerated it for about 25 minutes, which was impressive for an 18 month old without snow boots.

Liam and Emma Molthen.
A bit of a snowball fight with Sam Molthen.

And Noah was done for the day... But today, he asked to go outside and was out there for over an hour.

December 2008
Well, it has obviously been a long time since we've posted anything new, I got your hints mom. So, I will try to keep up with this blog a little more often! Here are some pics from December 2008. We are all doing well - I'm 24 weeks pregnant now, expecting a girl, and feeling much better than I was in the fall (another reason for the lag in blog posts!).
Liam is half way through Kindergarten, loving it, and feeling pretty big. Noah is almost 18 months old, loves to read, loves Liam, and is attached to daddy's hip...I play second fiddle to daddy as far as Noah is concerned!

Long time no post
I realize it is almost Thanksgiving and that Halloween is now but a distant memory. I also realize it has been more than 2 months since our last post - bad...very bad...I promise to be better. Now that I am no longer crippled by morning sickness, we should see the blog posts increase.
My parents came out to visit at the end of October. Dad, Jeff and Liam made the trip to Ganyard farms to pick out pumpkins, ride on the tractor, and run through the hay maze.
Just a cute picture of Noah playing ball - his favorite thing to do outside.
Liam was a Red Ranger (Power Ranger for those of you not in-the-know). And Noah was Superman for about 45 minutes...
Post-trick or treating, waiting for the late-comers to trick or treat. This may have been one of the highlights of Liam's night.
Or this was...hard to say...
Pizza and juice in the cul-de-sac before trick or treating started.

He's been walking for about 2 weeks now, but it took me awhile to get these posted, sorry for the delay.
